Return & Refund Policy

At Wisdom Enterprises, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning products and equipment. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.



1. Returns

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • Reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

Include your order details, product photos, and a short description of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.



2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, labels, and invoice copies should be included.

  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper use, or normal wear and tear.



3. Replacement Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement for the same product, or

  • Offer an alternate item of equal value (if replacement stock is unavailable)

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds since we currently operate on a Cash on Delivery model.



4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at our email address.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.



5. Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you’ve already accepted it, report the issue with photos within 24–48 hours of delivery.
